General Terms:

• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Nothing in these terms affects the consumer’s statutory rights, including in relation to defective/faulty goods.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can only be purchased in GBP.
• All sales of Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. By purchasing an E-Gift Card, you request that it is provided before the end of the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any Hollister Co. credit card account.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards have no expiration date and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time. These terms do not apply to E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards received in conjunction with E-Gift Card and Gift Card special events.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
• The terms and conditions of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are governed by English law.
• Hollister Co. is not responsible for any customised messages, uploaded videos or photos included with E-Gift Cards and Gift cards. By using our Gift Card platform, you agree to our Website Terms of Use.

E-Gift Card Terms:

• E-Gift Cards can be purchased only on this site and can be redeemed on this site or at any Hollister Co. store in the UK.
• E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the day you choose, upon payment approval.
• If you choose delivery NOW, the processing time may vary based on volume of traffic on the site.
• If you choose a future delivery date, your payment card will not be billed until the date the E-Gift Card is sent.
• You will receive a copy of the E-Gift Card email when it is sent to your recipient.
• When returning merchandise that was purchased online using an E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued.
• If the recipient did not receive their E-Gift Card, please contact us at Hollisterco@Hollisterco.com.
